An application concerning a control method for chemical process was submitted. Since the method relates to interdisciplinary fields, and there are some inherent defects existing in the application due to drafting, the application was rejected on the grounds of enablement issue.

  After the case was transferred to the team of YUHUA UNITED, the team submitted a reexamination request after carefully studying the Final Rejection, along with several technical dictionaries and published articles to argue against the enablement rejection. Although the previous Examiner insisted the rejection, the Collegiate Panel withdrew the Final Rejection upon adequate consideration of the reexamination request and the supporting documents. Afterwards, the application was granted a patent right successfully.
